Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly to your library, all sales are final.

When we do issue refunds

• The file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded and we cannot resolve it.
• You were charged twice for the same item (duplicate purchase).
• The product is materially different from what was described.

How to request

Email support@iniasrise.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.
